Old version to install on windows?

I wish to install Jenkins ver. 2.19.1 on windows. I could only find war file for that, but  I do not now how to  install that file on windows 10?

Install jdk on Windows 10 and set JAVA_HOME Environment variables properly. Run the below command in CMD.

java -jar jenkins.war
