Fwd: matrix based security question

Hi all,

I have a security problem with Project-based Matrix Authorization Strategy

Jenkins version: 1.630

I enabled it in one of my jobs, played with it for a while and once accidentally pressed 'save' after removing everyone from the list...

The "Block inheritance of global authorization matrix" was ticked as well, so blocking was (and is) ON. 

From that point noone can configure or run the job.

I tried to modify the job's config.xml but after removing the permission section from the file and restarting Jenkins the situation did not change. I tried reload config from file, nothing changed.

Can you help me how to resolve this? 

I don't want to switch off the entire security in Jenkins, because in 250+ other jobs it's okay. I have problems only with this job.
