[Declarative Pipeline] TestNg report

Hi 

Current pipeline, this is the snippet for testng report

step([$class: 'Publisher', reportFilenamePattern: 'itests/sit/report/**/testng-results.xml'])

How do I do it for declarative pipeline?

That should still work - though it'd be great if the testng plugin could get a "@Symbol("testng")" annotation added to its descriptor!
