Hi,

I'm looking for a way to upgrade our Jenkins and hosting machine to official latest.
Were currently using antique RedHat machine and Jankins master was not updated for a while.
I would like to keep Jobs history.

Suggestions how?
Pitfalls to be warned?

THX - Albert.

Keep a complete backup of the old working machine, in case of the unknown.
This is how we got bit in the rump.

Stop all jobs, backup your data, install on the new node and restore
your backup. This should be sufficient.

Search that ml for words like rsync and so on. The migration subject has been discussed already quite a few times.
