Delivery from dev to Int stream in Clearcase

Hi,

Developer has checked in the code in Clearcase(in Dev stream of a particular project) . We have clearcase project for each release which has parent stream (integration stream) and then dev stream which is subset of int stream. When development is complete(including build,deploy,UT, Checkin), we follow the practice of creating a baseline in Dev stream and then deliver the code to Int stream. Int stream will be used by Operations/Environments team. Obviously this is the behavior of Clearcase

I have doubt wrt to delivery part. As part of Continuous Integration, code has been refreshed in Job's work-space, built, deployed, tested thoroughly and then created a baseline in dev stream. Now I have to promote the code from dev to Int stream. I am sticking to this point. Need an input on this
