Is there a way to take away Rebuild Last/Rebuild privilege from a role?

Hello,

I am using project-based roles to give user access to certain projects, and I am wondering if there is a way to remove Rebuild Last/Rebuild links from a user's project view. I tried taking away Replay privilege from a role (it's under a Run category), but a user can still see Rebuild Last/Rebuild link in a job.
