Calling a job from another Jenkins job with Parameters

I have a job that needs to call a post build job with parameters.   When I try to make the call with parameters, it gives me an error.  How do I set this up inside Jenkins ?

What error? What setup? What plugins? 

If you need to setup those parameters, have you tried https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Parameterized+Trigger+Plugin?
