Any idea ?

Can you verify that you can actually reach that path manually from the machine jenkins is running on, preferably as the user that runs your jenkins process?

It's ok! run ： \\192.168.91.41\DepOne\project\srcsafe.ini

windows shared \\192.168.91.41\DepOne .

BTW, 192.168.91.41 is in someone domain,but jenkins server not in windows domain.
