Client side validation in Jenkins Plugin using jelly

I am using jelly controls for UI design in my Jenkins plugin. I need to enable a textbox based on radio button selection. Cannot use radio blocks here . Is this requirement achievable ?

Did you look into the https://plugins.jenkins.io/ui-samples-plugin? There are a lot of Jenkins UI elements explained there...
