How to use NodeLabel Parameter Plugin in Declarative Pipeline ?

Im trying to use the NodeLabel Parameter pluging from a declarative pipeline (https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/NodeLabel+Parameter+Plugin).

Anyone have any ideas how to make this work ? It seems like the NodeParameter isnt even available in declarative pipelines ?
