How ignore and not substitute folder in deploy?

Hi,

I have one project in gitlab, in the project I'm have one folder "uploads", in my application i have created one link with name "uploads" for another folder, if i execute jenkins this link substituted.

Has one metod of ignore this folder, and not substitute my link through the folder?
