Downstream trigger for Maven Jobs

Hi everyone,
I have a project with multiple sub project than I want to build separately.
Fo that I created multiple jobs and I checked the Build whenever a SNAPSHOT dependency is built for all my jobs.
On the main page of my job I can see all Upstream and Downstream related to my job.
My expectation is. When I build my job. When everything is finish Jenkins will trigger all the downstream jobs. Is it how it's supposed to work or I miss something?
I have 1-2 or 2 jobs who works but all the other are not working.
We are using Jenkins 1.585
Any idea of what I have to look?
