How to Publilsh over FTP only changed files from SVN

We have our SVN publishing over FTP and it all works great except it does out entire SVN every build and our SVN is about 1.6Gb so it takes 6 hours each time.

How can we send only the changed files in the current revision?

I'm pretty new to Jenkins so please be very detailed in any responses.
