Does not work on our server.  Where can I set this manually ?

We have the Config AutoRefresh Plugin installed.  Set to 10 seconds.  It system never refreshes for anybody.  I removed it hoping for the "default" refresh (like on my local computer).  Nope.  Re-installed the plugin back on and still nothing

Just to be sure: are you talking about refreshing Jenkins pages? Have you clicked on the right on the "Auto refresh" link?

Yes.  I have done everything.  This affects all users.  Uninstalled and re-installed the plugin.  Removed the plugin.  Restarted the service.  Restarted the server.  Should there not be a .xml or java file I can tweak?
