If your intention with this email is to get someone from the project to call you, you vastly overestimate how much free time we have.

There's tons of resources that help you get started contributing to the Jenkins project, e.g.: https://jenkins.io/participate/

Specifically all the pages linked from https://jenkins.io/participate/code/ should give you an idea how to contribute.
