Timestamp for the build

Hi,

Is there a way to  set the  timestamp( of the server) for all the Jenkins users  who  login in various  time zones?

My Jenkins  is  running on the server in EST timings   and having the "Timestamper"   plugin  installed.

When a build is  executed the timestamp  prints with the Browser's desktop timings and not  in the server's time .  How to  set the Jenkins to forcefully set all the jenkins user   console to have the build timestamp to be in EST ?
