Plugin to display results from several jobs altogether

Hi everybody,

 

I have several jobs that have their own graph, and I'm looking for a plugin to gather all results from all jobs and to display these results in one single graph. Is there a plugin like that ? I just need a similar plugin to get the gist of the code behind.
