pager duty 400 error

Hello Team,

im facing following issues can any one please help me on this.

 1.I have  integrated the pager duty application with Jenkins using service integration key.

 2.Pager duty application using for alert triggering a when ever job fails its should trigger call or email notfiation.

3.we have white listed all the url that belongs to pager duty from server where Jenkins has been installed as services.

4.so we are behind the corporate proxy and the pager duty url as been white listed using wild card. while accessing from the server we can able to connect pager duty url using curl.

5.But the same url we are not able to access  from jenkis server which as been white listed from server end. and we are accessing using corporate proxy.
