Jenkins does not load the login page

I've upgraded Jenkins from version 2.220 to 2.320.
I can load the Jenkins from the browser, but it doesn't load the login page, it redirects me to the dashboard right away.
Note that, I've upgraded its compatible plugins.
I've been trying to dig for clues, but no luck so far.
What did I miss here?
