Unknown Users created in JENKINS_HOME/users directory

 The below user folders were created in my Jenkins users directory.     This appears to have been performed by a plugin.   Has anyone seen this before?      The users gitster and vnwildman are active on the CloudBees Jenkins instance and within Git:    https://buildhive.cloudbees.com/job/msysgit/job/git/247/changes


Is this a bug in a plugin?     Perhaps one of the Git plugins?
