New Jenkins x workload for CD Only

Wonderful documentation on existing workloads on https://jenkins-x.io/architecture/cloud-native-jenkins/. One for the full CICD end-to-end devops, one for library developers aka library workload.

However, I am in the situation that we get deliveries from external software suppliers as Spring Boot Docker images. So I am in the need of having a CD only kind of delivery workload. Having cloud native jenkins pipelines that integrate against our JIRA and HPSM CMDB to integrate with our ITIL release and asset management. Anybody did this before?
