Sharing files on same domain - CIFS

Hi

How do we share files between two machines? Let's say I have a mac running Jenkins and one of my jobs has generated a file. I want to send it to another machine (Windows) via Jenkins. They are both connected to same Wi-Fi. I have installed CIFS Plugin to my mac and set up my configuration like this:

 

"ozcan" is my computer name and "ozcanovunc" is my account name that I want to connect (Windows). 

On Windows side I believe I made the correct configurations like setting up my WINS ip. I followed these steps btw: https://support.microsoft.com/tr-tr/kb/kbview/842575 after that I typed on console:

ipconfig /all |find "WINS"

The output was:

WINS Proxy Enabled. . . . . . . . : Yes

Why am I getting error? :/
