Post- Commit VisualSVN Server

Hello All,

Would you please advise on a simple way to notify jenkins to issue a build whenever a new change is committed on VisualSVN server. I have added the post-commit.bat & post-commit-hook-jenkins.vbs

as advised here : https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Subversion+Plugin#SubversionPlugin-Windowsspecificpostcommithook

but it fails
