Run angular test cases in jenkins

I am using testacular to run test cases in jenkins and using JUnit to publish test results.  I am getting the following error:

Test reports were found but none of them are new. Did tests run? 

Build step 'Publish JUnit test result report' changed build result to FAILURE
Finished: FAILURE

See if the test cases are executed and xml files are generated properly. From the error it looks like the old xmls are still present and there are no new reports to be published.
