Are older versions of plugins available through the update site somehow? I am trying to debug an issue with a plugin and want to go through some upgrade processes to try and replicate the issue.

Thanks,

Manual install of plugins is described on the wiki at https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Plugins and you can use this to install older version. If you browse to http://updates.jenkins-ci.org/download/plugins/ and go to the directory for a plugin of interest, within that you will the .hpi files for all the older versions. Simply save to disk, then install into Jenkins.

Has this stopped being maintained? I'm looking for warnings-4.35 but it only has up to 4.28.

What about if a plugin has dependencies ? It will throw error if plugin doesn't find dependency installed and it doesn't install dependencies when we install plugin by uploading a .hpi file.
