I am a new user trying to get Jenkins working in a Windows 7 OS.  There seems to be no support nor any help available for such a task.  Does anyone know a) where to get answers to questions or b) a CI like Jenkins that has a API that runs in Windows?

We need to run the Python API, JenkinsAPI, but I can't find anything that will install the API.  The API is a .tar.gz file and after unzipping the setup file does not run with pip, a error.  I posted a message about getting the API to work but there was no response.
