TestLink plugin indicates test case as "not run" and TestLink is not updated with build status

Hello,

I am facing issue which is logged and in unresolved state.:- JENKINS-20039.

My build versions are:-

Jenkins:- 1.599

testlink plugin:- 3.10

teslink:- 1.9.13

I see those are compatible with each other, but I am still facing the same issue.

Can somebody please help on this.
