Run link is disabled under Pipeline when Jenkins job configured with Parameters

hi Team,

I have configured Jenkins job with "This build is parameterized". While I Build individually I see no issues at all. But if I add this job in Pipeline and execute "Run" Link is Disabled and I could see below error. Do we have any alternate solution for this so that I can add Parameters for the Job and use this in Pipeline.
