Regarding Multiple SCM Plugin

Hello All,

We are using Accurev as VCS tool.

I wanted to use 2 different streams of a depot. as part of our build mechanism.

When I configure in Jenkins, using multipleSCM, after saving the configuration, it is automatically updating to the First Depot from the Accurev server list.

If I try without using multiple SCM, with only one stream of the Depot, then configuration is fine.

Eg: if I use multiple SCM

Accurev server: Accurev_Server

Depot: Sandbox3

Stream: XYZ

Accurev Server: Accurev_Server

Depot: Sandbox3

Stream: abc

After saving the configuration:

It changed to 

Accurev server: Accurev_Server

Depot: Sandbox1

Stream: 

First time, I am facing this kind of scenario.

Accurev plugin uses an obsolete form handling approach, which also relies on unique field names: https://github.com/jenkinsci/accurev-plugin/blob/master/src/main/java/hudson/plugins/accurev/AccurevSCM.java#L905-L907

This approach cannot work with Multiple SCMs plugin. Please create a bug to Accurev plugin
