Jenkins on mac

Hi,

I am new to Jenkins, please help me with my queries.

I have installed Jenkins on my mac and when I was doing the steps of securing my jenkins by selecting Configure Global Security option from Manage Jenkins and under Authorization I couldn't find Matrix-based security or Project-based Matrix Authorization Strategy options. 

I also installed the plugin Matrix Project Plugin and Matrix Authorization Strategy Plugin, but still the Matrix based security options are not seen.

I have another query as when I click create new jobs, it only shows me the freestyle project option and not the other options.

Please help me to resolve these.
