Adding memory options to jenkins slave

Hi,
Anybody knows how to add memory options for a slave running on windows?
Unfortunately the jenkins-slave.xml file of the installation directory (Remote FS root) gets overwritten (as the slave.jar) everytime the node is relaunched.
I tried with JENKINS_JAVA_OPTIONS but doesn't seem to help.

Hi Alexis,
you can configure the JVM options at node level in Jenkins (see the Advanced section).
