DeliveryPipeline with Promoted Builds

We use promoted builds here due to the fact we don't live having hundreds of jobs to push the same code to dev/test/prod.  However, one side effect is that we can't utilize the build or delivery pipeline views that would be very benficial to us.  

Has anyone gotten these or somethign similar working in a place where  promoted builds were used instead of jobs?  If there is a way to do it, i'l love to know how.
