Sorry that the regression in Jenkins 2.224 hit you. Refer to the Jenkins 2.224 changelog where it describes JENKINS-61398. The fix is to use Jenkins 2.225 or Jenkins 2.226. There are some nice user interface improvements in Jenkins 2.226 "Manage Jenkins" and in alerts. I recommend it for those who are running the weekly releases. If you are running a production server, you probably want the long term support releases instead.
