I also need support on this to append UFT test results to Jira via Jenkins. I am trying to execute UFT test cases using Jenkin as CI tool and repository used here is SVN. I have impediments in pushing UFT test results to Jira via Jenkin.

You canto raise an enhancement requests if you want to. The plugin refers to integration between Jenkins and UFT, Jira is not subject of this plugin.
