I did configure a webhhok in Jira.

This might happen when the comment pattern you've set is not matched by the comment you've put in JIRA. Looking at the configuration, you've put a double quote, that might mean that you need to have double quote in JIRA as well. Try removing the double quote in JIRA, or make the comment pattern simpler.

Yup I tried that.

Now I changed the Trigger from comment updated to issue updated. Please find the screen shot

ISo definitely the webhook is coming but its just not triggering the job.

 

Are there any other logs that I should take a look at.

I also tried by removing the JQL from JQL filter in job configuration
