I found that there are no updates for jenkins for quite long time. Currently I have 2.137 version. When I try to update plugins manually I got following error

SHA-512 based signature in the update center doesn't match with the certificate in 'update site 'default'

We had this problem too.

The fix was to manually upgrade jenkins.war to version 2.145 or later. We upgraded to 2.148, but I believe the fix is in 2.145 (JENKINS-53710)

This is not an issue of update-sites-manager.

Anyway, it's already fixed in JENKINS-53710, and please try the latest core.
