Re: PCT - JCasC integration test is unstable I think we need to do a step to git checkout a specific sha or tag, so the IT is stable in the time (i.e. is not dependent on changes in JCasC codebase).

Note: checking that JCasC still has a successful PCT run on its `master` branch makes sense, but this aspect should be checked on the JCasC Jenkinsfile itself.
