Now we need to get a number of UX and compatibility issues over the fence before we announce the GA. Java 11 support was delivered in LTS in Mar 2019: https://jenkins.io/blog/2019/03/11/let-s-celebrate-java-11-support/. I will close this EPIC, forgot to do it last year
