Hello

P4 plugin doesn't have a support of modtime in P4Publish
so "p4 reconcile" is always executed without -m option
and in large dataset it takes a very long time (tens of minutes).

Please add the support of modtime in p4publish.

Hello

P4 plugin doesn't have a support of modtime in P4Publish
