Since this field is used to differentiate scan results, it would be useful to resolve these variables so that the name can be determined programatically. I think this is a good idea that could be applied to many fields, not just the Test Name.  Ideally the existing BuildVariableResolver class could be cleaned up and combined with the EnvironmentVariableResolver, so there's only 1 VariableResolver that's used for all fields.
