NodeJS Tool is not showing the latest version of node. Specifically it does not show v12 or v13.

 

I have read through this issue JENKINS-48549  and it seemed to be caused by bad certificate or file not being updated. Is this happening again?

v12 shows up now in nodejs-plugin 1.3
