Hi - I have an AWS box with ec2-fleet plugin installed in it. I have an "active" spot instance id ( Screen Shot 2019-07-23 at 2.21.59 PM.png) , however, on the Jenkins main page, none of the spot fleet instances are listed (Screen Shot 2019-07-23 at 2.21.59 PM.png).

Also, while configuring the job, when I chose "Restrict where this project can be run" as "ec2-fleet" as label , I see this message -" Label ec2-fleet is serviced by no nodes and 1 cloud. Permissions or other restrictions provided by plugins may prevent this job from running on those nodes " - (Screen Shot 2019-07-23 at 2.23.54 PM.png).

At this time , this plugin is not able to do anything for us to spin up spot instance. Raising this bug as blocker.
