[JIRA] (JENKINS-54493) ALM Octane CI in Configure System throws exception

As a user who does not use Octane when going to "Configure System", the "ALM Octane CI" section for adding Octane is opened by default.

I would like to make my changes and click save without having a stack trace of URL MUST BE not null.

By the default, the section should be closed instead of open.

And be validated by the descriptor instead of showing a stack trace.

Workaround: each time click on "Delete ALM Octane server"
