Install Jenkins on Windows Server 2016 Data Center. Use Apache Tomcat 9.0.35 , JDK 1.8u241, Jenkins WAR files.

I download and used this file [http://mirror.serverion.com/jenkins/war-stable/2.222.1/jenkins.war]   The error I seen in Apache Tomcat console, mainly cause by error delete file permission.

The error I seen in Apache Tomcat console, mainly cause by error delete file permission. I changed file permission to Allow all (edit, delete, ect.) by Administrator user.
