Parameter failed when it is located in downstream job

it uses Fallback Script groovy and set description to null

Unfortunately, you are not providing enough information to understand your issue. Having the parameter configuration or even some screenshots included, would help. Nonetheless, Active Choice parameters are used interactively and set by the user. Active choice parameters were not designed for automated selection of parameters
