The "Reset quality gate" button vanishes after press. The build info page doesn't supply any information about the reset of the quality gate. Helpful information will be who reset the quality gate, when was the quality gate reset and why was the quality gate reset.

In IssuesDetail#resetReference we need to extract the current user and the timestamp and store these values in the created ResetReferenceAction.

Then we can show this information in the UI of the corresponding ResultAction.
