Hi ANSHUK ROY

You could use an Active Choice reactive reference to return formatted HTML. You could then have multiple input fields and other control inputs (checkboxes, calendar, colors etc) returned by a single parameter. You may need to deconvolute this complex value later though, as it will return the various values simply as a comma separated list
