All the configuration in jenkins looks fine, have attached screenshot for your reference. I am using Jenkins pipeline and even as per the logs it says the email is sent. David van Laatum closed an issue as Not A Defect

If it says sent then it has sent the email to your mail server. Have you checked the mail server logs to see where they went?
