This can be useful for plugins for Jenkins which may be internal to a company. Re: Add option to install .hpi/.jpi files and resolve dependencies Will the original .jpi/.hpi be installed in the same directory as the dependencies?  Currently the way the tool works is that it will resolve all the dependencies of a plugin/list of plugins specified and then install any dependencies that are not currently installed or bundled.  So if the original .jpi/.hpi is located in the plugin directory and you specify that plugin to be installed, the tool will should install all of the dependencies not currently installed. So I'm not sure if there really needs to be a separate option for this, or maybe the use case is slightly different from the way it currently works.
