Many duplicate issues (25x): JENKINS-61553 ... JENKINS-61584, just search for "Method java.util.regex.Matcher find is no longer whitelisted" and component "script-security-plugin" => I don't have sufficient permissions for JIRA bulk change...

And because this is a rather log hanging fruit I dare to assign this one to Liam Newman (as he merged the culprit ~~JENKINS-59952~~), although maybe Hari Dara might be appropriate as well?

Reinhold Füreder I think this usually happens when Jira is having problems when someone tries to submit an issue, for some reason the status of all the tickets is broken and only an admin can fix them. I will file an INFRA ticket to ask an admin to delete all of them. I cloned them into JENKINS-61952 as a new issue which does not have a broken status.
